DELIVERY TIMES
The order is processed after payment. If we don’t have item in stock, we will inform you about planned delivery time. The delivery time depends on the country to which the order is being sent:
- Lithuania: 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
- Europe: 3-10 business days after order confirmation.
- Non Europe: 10-20 business days after order confirmation.
*Please note that delivery times might fluctuate based on the carrier and special events and sales.
DELIVERY TERMS
Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 8.00 A.M. and 5.00 P.M. If you are not available, the carrier usually will contact you by phone or leave message about next delivery time. After 3 failed delivery attempts, your items may be returned to our warehouse. This may incur a redelivery charge to you.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the day when the products are delivered.
DANGEROUS GOODS
We reserve the right to contact you to discuss problems associated with high shipping charges on low-value heavy items and dangerous goods. This is an unlikely scenario but may occur where shipping is to remote locations.
