Orders with a value of 50 EUR and more are delivered free of charge throughout Lithuania (except the Curonian Spit) on weekdays! Orders with a value of less than EUR 50 are subject to an additional delivery fee throughout Lithuania (except the Curonian Spit):

Delivery of orders with a value of less than EUR 50 to the VENIPAK post machine costs EUR 4.00

Delivery of orders with a value of less than EUR 50 with VENIPAK courier costs EUR 6.00

DELIVERY OF GOODS TO THE CURIOSITY ISLAND costs 39 EUR. After placing an order with a delivery address in KURŠIU NERIJA, an additional bill of 39 eur will be issued and only upon receipt of payment will the order be processed and delivered within 1-3 working days.

Term of delivery of goods:

Products are delivered within 1-2 working days after order confirmation. Goods are delivered to the Curonian Spit within 1-3 working days.
Orders with payment (cash on delivery) are delivered in the same way as described in point 1.
If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you about the planned delivery time.
If the customer does not have time to pick up the order from the postal machine according to the storage terms of "VENIPAK", it is returned to UAB "Carus LT". If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, the customer must pay the additional shipping and return costs.

Before delivering the goods, the courier will contact you by phone or inform you by SMS, which you specified in the order information. In order to ensure that the goods are delivered smoothly and promptly, we ask you to ensure the acceptance of the package from the courier, taking into account the described terms of delivery of the goods, and to additionally indicate in the information box such data that can facilitate the delivery, such as the code of the locked staircase door, the lockable gate, the necessity to call upon arrival and etc. We are grateful for your understanding.

IMPORTANT! By signing the product acceptance-handover document, you confirm that the product is suitable, there is no transportation or other mechanical damage. Therefore, every time you receive the goods, check whether the packaging is undamaged or whether there are any other mechanical or suspicious damages. If there are such violations, write them down in the document signed by the courier and inform us using one of the specified contacts.

Pick up the order on the spot

If you choose collection from the warehouse or store, you can collect the order on the same working day or on the next working day. If the order is placed on a non-working day, you can pick up the order on the next working day. You will be notified about the prepared order by e-mail specified in the order. by post
