1. Customers of UAB "Carus LT" (hereinafter - the seller) (hereinafter - buyers) have the right to return purchased goods from the seller within 14 calendar days from the date of placing the order, according to the rules published by the Consumer Institute of the Republic of Lithuania. Buyers return goods through the parcel service or the nearest UAB "Carus LT" retail outlet, having previously notified by e-mail by mail pagalba@carus.lt or tel. at +370 604 80733.
2. In order to return the product/s, the Buyer must contact UAB "Carus LT" by e-mail. by mail pagalba@carus.lt. In the letter, indicate the order number, the returned goods and the reason. Send the goods back to the specified address or return them from the collection point. After receiving the goods, the money is returned within 10 days.
2.1. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
2.1.1. the returned product must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply in the case of a defective product being returned);
2.1.2. the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
2.1.3. the package of the returned product has not changed, as it was delivered to the Buyer;
2.1.4. when returning the product, it is necessary to present the purchase document, the warranty book (if it was issued) and the completed return document specified in Clause 2 of the Rules.
2.2. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with Rules 2.1. the procedures for returning goods set out in point
2.3. The Buyer can deliver the returned goods to UAB "Carus LT" goods pick-up points (indicated at https://carus.lt/lt/pristatymas) or send them using courier services. When the received wrong product and/or low-quality product is returned, the Seller undertakes to take such products and replace them with similar suitable products. In the event that the Seller does not have similar goods, he returns the money paid to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of return of the goods (goods).
2.4. In cases of return of goods specified in the rules, the Seller returns the money paid for the goods to the Buyer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the day of return of the goods, by transferring the money to the Buyer's bank account.
