1. UAB „Carus LT” clients have the right to return the purchased goods from the seller within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order. Buyers return the goods via the parcel service to our address.
2. In order to return the goods, the buyer must contact UAB „Carus LT“ by e-mail pagalba@carus.lt. Indicate the order number, the returned goods and reason of return in the letter. The goods must be sent back to the specified address. After receiving goods back, the money will be refunded within 10 days.
2.1. When returning the goods to the buyer, the following conditions must be observed:
2.1.1. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this does not apply in the case of a returned defected warranty product);
2.1.2. The item must be unused, not having lost its commercial appearance (label not damaged, protective film not torn, etc.) (this does not apply in the case of a returned defected warranty product);
2.1.3. The returned item must be in the same condition as it was delivered to the Buyer;
2.1.4. When returning the item, it is necessary to provide its purchase document, warranty book (if it was issued) and inform pagalba@carus.lt , indicating the order number, the goods being returned and the reason of return in the email.
2.2. The Seller has the right not to accept the returned item by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure specified in 2.1 point of the Rules.
2.3. The Buyer may return goods using courier services. When the wrong goods and/or defective goods are returned, the Seller commits to replace them with similar suitable goods. In the event that the Seller does not have similar goods, he returns the money paid to the Buyer within 10 (ten) days from the date of return of the goods.
3. In the cases of return of goods specified in the Rules, the Seller shall return the money paid for the goods to the Buyer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of return of the goods, by transferring the money to the Buyer's bank account.
4. The buyer pays himself for delivery of the returned goods to the Seller.
5. Please note that a return fee of € 4,95 applies and shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable (not applies in warranty returns).
