DECO COLOR Metallic zinc is a specially formulated product for the protection and maintenance of aluminum profiles and other metal surfaces. It is ideal for galvanized surfaces, both before and after alignment work. This metal zinc provides excellent cathodic protection against corrosion, ensuring long-term protection and strong adhesion to various metals, including non-ferrous metals and iron.
One of the main advantages of DECO COLOR Metallic zinc is its compatibility with all paint systems, such as alkyd, acrylic and nitro paints, both water-based and solvent-based. This allows for the application of additional coatings without losing quality and durability. It is recommended to avoid the use of primers to achieve the best result.
The properties of this metal zinc ensure excellent resistance to various environmental conditions, as well as high temperatures, even up to 500°C. Its weather resistance allows it to be used both indoors and outdoors, whether it be roofs, metal elements or other structures. This product also allows for spot welding, as it does not cause problems in the welding process.
DECO COLOR Metallic zinc is also distinguished by its fast drying time – the surface is dry in 10-15 minutes, and full hardening takes 24 hours. With one coat, you can cover about 1.5-2 m² of surface, depending on the type of surface. This is a convenient and effective solution for both everyday repair work and professional use.
The main color of DECO COLOR Metal Zinc is aluminum gloss, which gives an aesthetic and neat look.
